The Head Engineer leads technical preparation and engineering coordination for both cars, working with race engineers and shop personnel to turn data into clear plans.
What you’ll do
- Lead engineering planning and technical support for both cars from the shop.
- Use GM simulation tools to inform setup and performance decisions.
- Coordinate analysis, setup direction, and knowledge sharing across both car teams.
Minimum requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Head Engineer in professional stock car racing.
- Proficiency with GM simulation tools.
- Ability to analyze technical information and communicate actionable recommendations.
- A positive attitude, clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
