The Interior Specialist owns interior assembly and preparation, working with the build team to deliver safe, consistent, and serviceable race car interiors.
What you’ll do
- Assemble and fit interior panels, seating, driver controls, and related components to build specifications.
- Inspect fitment and condition, document needed changes, and coordinate repairs with the build team.
- Prepare interior components for installation and maintain organized parts and work records.
Minimum requirements
- At least three years of experience as a race car Interior Specialist or in equivalent interior assembly work.
- Ability to read build specifications and perform accurate fitting, fastening, and inspection.
- Careful workmanship around driver-fit and safety-related components.
- A positive attitude, clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
