The Setup Plate Specialist supports repeatable chassis setup and measurement work for the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series program.
What you’ll do
- Perform setup plate work and document chassis measurements accurately.
- Use a Romer arm for chassis measurement and setup verification.
- Work with car chiefs, engineers, and mechanics to prepare cars to agreed setup specifications.
Minimum requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Setup Plate Specialist or in a directly equivalent chassis setup position.
- Proficiency in chassis setup and use of a Romer arm.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft 365 applications.
- A positive attitude, clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
